Dr. Sabine lives with her husband and patchwork family of 5 children in Chevy Chase. She enjoys the outdoors, running and cycling.

Dr. Sabine has lived in the U.S. for almost 20 years. After graduating from the Christian Albrechts Medical School in Northern Germany, Dr. Sabine came to the states in 1999 to conduct cancer research at the Lombardi Cancer Center. In 2006, she completed her residency training at Georgetown University and worked for 12 years in a group office in NW DC before deciding to open her solo practice. Prior to medical school, she spent two years studying laboratory medicine.
